  • Order cancellations are accepted strictly before the parcel is handed over to the courier for dispatch.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as authorized digital payment gateways displayed during checkout.
  • For prepaid transactions, full payment must be verified before dispatch processing begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery windows depend on customer location and partner courier operational capacity.
  • Unforeseen delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, political unrest, or national holidays are beyond our direct control.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 3 business days of parcel delivery.

8. User Conduct & Order Integrity

  • Customers are required to submit accurate, complete contact and delivery details.
  • Fraudulent transactions, repeated unreceived COD attempts, or abusive platform use may lead to order rejection and permanent blacklisting.
